Job summary

Capital Ford Lincoln (Winnipeg) is seeking team members for our busy service drive who put guests first. You will warmly assist customers during vehicle drop-off and pick-up, answer questions, and help keep service operations running smoothly.

• Welcoming Guests: Warmly assist customers during vehicle drop-off and pick-up in our busy service lane, answering questions and providing helpful guidance.
• Valet & Mobility Support: Provide friendly service valet assistance, safely moving customer vehicles and helping organize comfortable service loaners so our guests stay moving.
• Delivering Excellence: Ensure every customer vehicle returned is spotlessly clean, well-presented, and delivery-ready to leave a lasting positive impression.
• Creating a Welcoming Space: Maintain a clean, inviting, and well-organized environment across our service drive, customer lounges, and lot.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our service advisors and detailing team to deliver smooth, stress-free operations from start to finish.
