Capital Ford Lincoln Inc. is seeking a Quick Lane Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for guests seeking maintenance and minor repairs. You’ll greet customers, explain recommended services, and prepare repair orders with cost estimates.

You will review work with guests, handle payments, and strive to ensure every guest leaves satisfied, contributing to a fast-paced, team-driven environment in Canada.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to provide outstanding guest service.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Effective listening and communication with guests and technicians.
• Automotive service experience is an asset; training is available.

Responsibilities

Quick Lane Service Advisor

The Quick Lane Service Advisor is the first point of contact for guests coming in for oil changes, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, has great communication skills, and thrives in a team environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a positive first impression
• Educate and assist guests with recommended maintenance for their vehicles
• Create accurate repair orders for routine preventative maintenance, including cost and time estimates
• Review completed work with guests and process payments
• Ensure every customer leaves with a positive experience
