Capital Ford Lincoln (Winnipeg) is seeking a proactive Warranty Administrator to join our busy service team. You will master the claims cycle, review and submit warranty submissions, and ensure every dollar is accounted for with manufacturer policies.

You’ll liaise with manufacturers, troubleshoot rejections, and recover warranty dollars while aligning with service staff to get paperwork right the first time.

• Prior experience in warranty administration, service writing, or related role within the service industry.
• Sharp eye for identifying patterns and proactively spotting errors.
• Tech savvy and comfortable working with Google products, DMS systems, and warranty programs.
• Strong communication skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Master the claims cycle: review, prepare, and submit warranty claims per manufacturer policies.
• Reconcile parts & labor by cross-referencing technician notes, repair orders, parts, and labor.
• Liaise with manufacturers to secure authorizations and answer policy questions.
• Hunt down discrepancies, track pending claims, troubleshoot rejections, and recover dollars.
• Collaborate with service advisors and shop staff to ensure repair paperwork is accurate.
• Maintain orderly records and generate status reports on warranty recovery performance.
