Warehouse Supervisor

Job Must Haves

• 2+ years of warehouse supervisor experience
• Comfortable overseeing a team of 15+ people
• Experience working with packaging equipment
• GMP experience

Job Duties

• energize, engage, and develop team members through coaching, support, and guidance
• Promote positive employee relations via effective management and issue resolution
• Ensure the team exceeds goals related to health & safety, quality, customer service, innovation, and cost
• Drive continuous improvement using lean manufacturing tools
• Manage daily staffing and prioritize warehouse operations tasks
• Optimize warehouse efficiencies and reduce labor costs
• Oversee hourly workers and indirectly manage maintenance staff
• Train employees, assign work, develop, reward, discipline, and motivate staff
• Address complaints, resolve conflicts, solve problems, and verify payroll
• Meet safety, quality, production, and cost objectives
• Communicate production schedules and changes
• Complete safety and food safety audits with corrective actions
• Ensure accurate completion of production paperwork
• Maintain databases for continuous improvement
• Implement process changes to increase efficiency, safety, and morale
• Stay updated on industry changes and new technologies
• Assist other departments with quality and production issues
• Collaborate with management on safety, employee concerns, productivity, and quality

Shift

• Bi-weekly three-shift rotation
• Days: 7:00am - 3:00pm
• Afternoons: 3:00pm - 11:00pm
• Nights: 11:00pm - 7:00am

Pay

• Salaried position
• Pay based on experience
