Inventory Demand Planner - Merchandising

Want to build your career in merchandising while helping Canadians discover the latest and greatest tech? Join us as a demand planner and help execute our inventory strategy to ensure our products are available in-store and online for our customers!

The successful candidate must live in the lower mainland of Vancouver, BC.

What you will do as an inventory demand planner

• Analyze our inventory and sales data and provide your analytical insights.
• Partner with our vendors around the world and analyze vendor performance to make informed decisions with our buyers.
• Review and adjust location replenishment parameters and allocate the right quantities to each store and online.
• Perform purchase order creation, tracking, and receipts flow management to meet company objectives.
• Perform monthly inventory forecasting.
• Develop and communicate customer availability mitigation strategies to support sales forecasts.

What we’re looking for

• 2-4 years of retail buying, inventory management, or planning experience.
• 2+ years of retail experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel – you love data!
• Strong communication skills.
• Critical thinking – have a “seek to understand” approach.
• Great team player.

Salary Range

Annualized base pay: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00. Starting pay will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
