Warehouse Supervisor

Job Must Haves

• 2+ years of warehouse supervisor experience
• Comfortable overseeing a team of 15+ people
• Experience working with packaging equipment
• GMP experience

Job Duties

• Energize, engage, and develop people by providing coaching, support, and direction to the work team
• Promote positive employee relations through effective management and issue resolution
• Deliver outstanding results by ensuring the team exceeds goals in health & safety, quality, customer service, innovation, and cost
• Drive continuous improvement and total employee involvement in critical success areas using lean manufacturing tools
• Manage daily staffing and prioritize warehouse operations tasks
• Optimize efficiencies and reduce labor costs in warehouse operations
• Oversee hourly workers directly and manage maintenance staff indirectly
• Train employees, plan, assign, and direct work; develop, reward, discipline, and motivate staff
• Address complaints, resolve conflicts, solve problems, and verify payroll sheets
• Ensure safety, quality, production, and cost objectives are met efficiently
• Communicate production schedules and changes to relevant departments
• Complete monthly safety and food safety audits and implement corrective actions
• Ensure accurate completion of production paperwork
• Maintain production databases for continuous improvement
• Implement process changes to increase efficiency, safety, quality, reduce costs, and boost morale
• Stay updated on industry changes and new bottling technologies
• Assist other departments with material and package quality and production issues
• Collaborate with management on safety, employee concerns, productivity, and quality

Shift

• Bi-weekly three-shift rotation
• Days: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
• Afternoons: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
• Nights: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am

Pay

• Salaried position, based on experience

Pay Range

$33.65 - $40.87/hr
