Warehouse Supervisor

Job Must Haves

• 2+ years of warehouse supervisor experience
• Comfortable overseeing a team of 15+ people
• Experience working with packaging equipment
• GMP experience

Job Duties

• Energize, engage, and develop team members by providing coaching, support, and direction
• Promote positive employee relations through effective management and issue resolution
• Ensure the team exceeds goals in health & safety, quality, customer service, innovation, and cost
• Drive continuous improvement and total employee involvement using lean manufacturing tools
• Manage daily staffing, prioritize warehouse operations tasks, and oversee efficiency
• Directly oversee hourly workers and indirectly manage maintenance staff
• Train employees, assign and direct work, develop, reward, discipline, and motivate staff
• Address complaints, resolve conflicts, solve problems, and verify payroll
• Ensure production, safety, quality, and cost objectives are met
• Communicate production schedules and changes to relevant departments
• Conduct monthly safety and food safety audits with corrective actions
• Review and ensure accurate completion of production paperwork
• Maintain production databases for continuous improvement
• Implement process changes to increase efficiency, safety, and quality, reduce costs, and boost morale
• Stay updated on industry changes and new technologies related to bottling
• Assist other departments with material and package quality and production issues
• Collaborate with management on safety, employee concerns, productivity, and quality

Shift

• Bi-weekly three-shift rotation
• Days: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
• Afternoons: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
• Nights: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am

Pay

• Salaried position, based on experience
