Objectives of this Role:

  • Customize programs to ensure families protection.
  • Contact prospective clients thru warm leads given to you by the company.
  • Daily and Monthly Responsibilities.
  • While working from home via Zoom - proactively contact all leads and schedule appointments to recommend appropriate insurance, quote and place coverage.
  • Determine specific clients’ needs by researching current coverage and options, and grow and maintain business through product sales, referrals, and renewals.
  • Meet or speak with clients daily, providing information about policies, and answering questions related to coverage and premiums.
  • Obtain underwriting approval through completion of coverage application.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Willing to obtain Life and Accident Insurance Licence.
  • Strong communication.
  • Fluency in Basic Computer Skills - IE: zoom, Microsoft office.
  • Passion for helping others.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Already hold your provincial life and accident licence - a HUGE Bonus.
