Responsibilities

• Track and manage inventory
• Inspect the warehouse and keep it clean and safe
• Manage warehouse staff
• Responsible for warehousing, transportation, infrastructure & health & safety
• Develop Warehouse and Delivery KPI metrics
• Manage and Measure operational performance
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Decrease overtime utilization at the Distribution Centre
• Improved Pick accuracy at the Distribution Centre
• Evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality delivery

Qualifications

• Education in logistics, transportation, and supply chain is considered an asset
• 5+ years of warehouse management experience is required
• Strong people management skills
• Effective health & safety experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word)
