Join us as a Warehouse Coordinator
Your main responsibilities

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the organization, management, and efficient operation of warehouse facilities and inventory systems. This role serves as a key operations professional managing material handling, inventory control, equipment maintenance, and logistical coordination for field operations. The position balances administrative responsibilities with hands‑on warehouse operations, supporting service delivery across all department functions while maintaining compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

  • Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and housekeeping.
  • Pick, pack, and stage materials, tools, and equipment for field technicians and project start‑ups.
  • Monitor stock levels, process purchase requisitions, and work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and consumables.
  • Arrange and execute deliveries to job sites, selecting safe and efficient routes and operating company vehicles and trailers.
  • Maintain accurate records for inventory, fleet vehicles, rental equipment, and safety devices in SAP and MS Office.
  • Support health and safety initiatives, ISO requirements, and company quality standards in all warehouse activities.
  • Partner with supervisors and field teams on special projects and process improvements.
What you bring
  • Post‑secondary education, preferably in a technical or logistics‑related field.
  • Valid appropriate driver’s licence.
  • Experience in a warehouse, logistics, construction, or field service environment is an asset.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; SAP or similar ERP experience is an advantage.
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative, customer‑focused mindset.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, loading/unloading, and standing/walking for extended periods.
