Overview

Position/Job Description: The Warehouse Associate 2 will perform all activities and functions necessary for the safe, efficient and accurate picking, packing and shipping/receiving of customer orders. The Warehouse Associate 2 will maintain the facilities and inventories in a neat and orderly condition.

Responsibilities
  • Unload trailers in a safe and timely fashion.
  • Operate the power equipment in a safe and efficient manner with other staff members on the warehouse floor.
  • Perform daily cycle checks of power equipment and notify management of any unsafe concerns.
  • Receive and put-away inventory in an accurate and timely fashion.
  • Organize and maintain appropriate paperwork.
  • Assist with performing cycle counting of inventory and physical inventory activities.
  • Assist warehouse personnel in other functional areas when workloads become excessive.
  • Perform special tasks and assignments as required by management and supervisory personnel.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Power Truck Operator’s License for Counter Balance (Clamp attachment) and Hi-Lift truck’s
  • Knowledge and/ or experience with 5S principles preferred
  • Communicate and work effectively within a team environment.
  • Ability to work on your own.
