Job summary

Qualifications

• Describe menu items including daily specials for customers.
• Enforce provincial liquor legislation and regulations.
• Advise on menu selections and pairings for guests.
• Clear and clean tables and seating areas.
• Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions.
• Serve food and beverages and take orders for kitchen and bar staff.
