Job summary

Uptown Lounge in Canada is seeking a customer‑facing server with 1 year to under 2 years of experience to join the team. The role requires serving alcoholic beverages, describing daily specials, and delivering excellent guest service in a lively restaurant and bar setting.

On-site work is required with no remote option. Candidates should be of legal drinking age and hold relevant beverage service and food safety certifications. Training opportunities are available to support growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings.

• Balance cash and record sales.
• Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs.
• Serve food and beverages.
• Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
• Provide customer service.
• Address customers' complaints or concerns.
