Jobgether is seeking a VP, SmartSimple Client Experience based in Canada to lead the end-to-end client journey across Professional Services, Support, and Client Success. Qualifications

• Leadership experience: 10+ years leading Professional Services/Support with unified leadership.
• Transformation: proven track record building or improving consultative delivery models for software.
• Client experience: oversee multiple customer-facing functions and drive integrated journeys.
• Partner management: manage complex external partnerships with capacity planning and performance.
• Commercial: develop pricing strategies and service offerings balancing value and delivery.
• Operational: develop methodologies, standards, and scalable operating models.
• Strategic thinking: translate challenges into transformation plans and priorities.
• Change management: lead organizational change across boundaries with accountability.
• Leadership and coaching: mentor leaders and build independent teams.
• Industry experience: nonprofit or grant-management SaaS is preferred.
• Communication: excellent stakeholder management with clients and partners.
• Decision-making: decisive and commercially minded with ownership of results.
• Work authorization: eligible to work in Canada or the US.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client experience across Professional Services, Support, and Client Success.
• Lead service delivery excellence and coaching to establish standards.
• Drive transition to a consultative delivery model with defined milestones.

• Own pricing models, service packaging, and new offerings.
• Build and scale Client Success with defined operating practices.

• Define performance indicators based on client outcomes and quality.
• Develop a transformation roadmap addressing delivery challenges and alignment.
