Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a P2P Platforms and Innovation Manager based in Canada. You will lead technology modernization across a global Procure-to-Pay function in healthcare and life sciences, driving AI adoption, analytics modernization, and scalable digital solutions.

You will collaborate across global process owners, procurement, operations, and IT to deliver measurable business value, shape the technology roadmap, and governance across the P2P portfolio in a remote-capable role based in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant P2P/finance experience in a Fortune 500 environment.
• Two years of healthcare, life sciences, MedTech, or related industry experience.
• ERP experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or A+, plus analytics tools like VIM Analytics.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes and internal controls.
• Digital transformation experience in analytics, automation, or AI initiatives.
• Experience with dashboards, reporting, and workflow platforms.
• Experience in global shared services or BPO environments.
• Strong leadership, delivery, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead P2P platform development and expand internally developed solutions.
• Modernize analytics and reporting with dashboards for executives and operations.
• Drive AI and automation initiatives across P2P workflows to improve productivity.
• Collaborate with global process owners, procurement, operations and IT to define requirements.
• Manage offshore development resources and oversee testing, deployment, and enhancements.
• Strengthen governance and controls across the P2P technology portfolio.
• Optimize end-to-end P2P operations using data to drive improvements.
• Support digital transformation and evolving technology roadmap.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and align priorities across teams.
