You will create a warm reception, handle a multiline phone system, book appointments, respond to emails, admit and discharge pets, and process invoices with a friendly, professional approach. This role supports a collaborative, client-focused clinic where Saturday availability and strong customer service are valued, with benefits and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service in a veterinary setting.
• Ability to manage phone system and schedule/book appointments.
• Experience with invoicing and collecting payments.
• Welcoming and calm demeanor for clients and pets.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and welcoming environment for our patients and pet parents.
• Answer a multiline phone system and book appointments.
• Place outbound calls to pet parents for follow-up and future bookings.
• Respond to and manage email correspondence from clients and referring veterinarians.
