Calgary Animal Referral and Emergency (C.A.R.E.) Centre, part of VCA Canada, is seeking a full-time Veterinary Receptionist, Client Care in Calgary, AB. The role focuses on delivering top-tier client service and compassionate care for clients and their pets, with responsibilities spanning front-desk duties and administrative support.

We value a positive attitude, adaptability, and a proactive approach. Prior veterinary experience is preferred, and Cornerstone PMS knowledge is a plus.

Veterinary Receptionist, Client Care

Calgary Animal Referral and Emergency (C.A.R.E.) Centre is welcoming a full-time Veterinary Receptionist, Client Care. We’re looking for a personable yet highly professional “service extraordinaire” to join us in delivering our mission to our clients and their pets. Desired Attributes and Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service and administrative duties
• Prior knowledge/or ability to learn, medical terminology and Cornerstone PMS
• Exceptional client service skills
• Empathetic, nurturing and positive attitude
• Skilled in prioritizing needs, open to change and adaptable
• Initiative in carrying out assignments independently
• Attention to detail with above-average time management skills
• Must be flexible and available to work shift work, weekdays, weekends and holidays.
• Previous veterinary experience or graduate from an accredited Veterinary Assistant program is preferred
