Highbury North Pet Hospital in London, ON is seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist/Assistant to join our close-knit team. You’ll greet clients and pets, manage appointments, and handle invoices with warmth and professionalism.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a veterinary clinic, strong communication, multitasking, and comfort with computer systems (Avimark a plus). We offer competitive pay, paid CE, benefits, and a supportive culture.

Highbury North Pet Hospital is a locally owned, independent veterinary clinic providing quality, personalized, compassionate care to pets and their people. We're looking for a friendly, organized Veterinary Receptionist/Assistant to join our close-knit team!

What You'll Do:

• Greet clients and pets with warmth and professionalism

• Schedule appointments, manage calls, and handle invoices

• Maintain accurate medical records

• Assist with patient handling when needed

• Help keep the clinic clean and organized

• Educate clients on basic care and treatment plans

What We're Looking For:
