Job summary

Alpine Veterinary Medical Centre in Whitehorse, Yukon, is seeking two Customer Service Representatives to be the welcoming face and trusted voice of the hospital. The role focuses on friendly client interactions, scheduling, payments, and supporting the veterinary team in a fast-paced, pet‑loving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism.
  • Guiding pet owners through their veterinary journey.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls.
  • Process payments, invoices, and billing information.
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry.
  • Support communication between clients and the veterinary team.
  • Assist with retail product sales and recommendations.
  • Perform administrative and clerical duties that keep the hospital running smoothly.
  • Contribute to a positive, efficient, and supportive environment for clients, patients, and teammates.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you play a vital role in the client experience and the overall success of our hospital.

You'll:

Schedule

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week.

Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility available.
