Job summary

Eagleview Veterinary Hospital in Squamish, BC is seeking a friendly Customer Services Representative to join our busy, community-focused team. You will be the first contact for clients and pets, delivering welcoming service and coordinating scheduling, payments, and records.

We offer a supportive team, weekend/evening shifts, staff discounts, and a competitive hourly wage based on experience. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to help veterinarians and technicians provide great care.

Qualifications

Eagleview Veterinary Hospital is looking for a passionate Customer Services Representative to join our growing team in beautiful Squamish, BC. Surrounded by mountains and ocean, Squamish offers an incredible lifestyle with year-round access to hiking, biking, climbing, skiing, and more.

We are a busy, community-focused hospital committed to high-quality patient care and exceptional client service. We currently have a strong team of 5 CSRs and, as we continue to grow and support the Sea to Sky community, we’re excited to welcome another CSR to the team.

As the first point of contact for our clients and patients, our CSRs play a vital role in creating a welcoming and supportive experience for both pets and pet parents. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well, and genuinely enjoys helping others.

Responsibilities
