Job summary

Cineplex Entertainment LP is seeking a store/venue operations leader to maintain seamless operations across Amusement, Food & Beverage, Guest Services and Retail at our Montreal venue. You will ensure adherence to company standards, manage checklists, and drive groups and events while overseeing budget and revenue growth.

You will recruit, train and coach venue management, plan succession, and uphold disciplinary policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar entertainment/venue environment.
• Ability to lead teams across departments.
• Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible scheduling to cover extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain seamless operation of Amusement, Food & Beverage, Guest Service and Retail within the venue.
• Ensure facility reflects company standards; keep all checklists and inspections up to date.
• Execute Groups & Events within the venue.
• Recruit, interview, train and coach venue management; plan for succession.
• Ensure fair, compliant discipline per policy and severity table.
• Manage theatre budget; grow revenue; drive projects to strengthen Cineplex's reputation.
