Job summary

Cineplex Montreal is seeking a Theatre Manager to oversee theatre operations and guest experience. You will lead teams across Amusement, Food & Beverage, Guest Service and Retail, ensuring standards, safety, and regulatory compliance are met. You’ll recruit, train and coach venue managers, drive revenue, and manage budgets.

You should be skilled in conflict resolution, negotiation, and relationship-building with partners and guests, with flexible hours for peak times.

City:MontrealWhat you will do:Theatre ManagerCineplex’s Theatre Managers are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional experience to each and every guest. Theatre Managers work to ensure that Company policies, procedures, and standards are all being followed across the venue.
