CarSimple is seeking a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist in the Vancouver area to drive customer engagement and schedule on-site vehicle appraisals. You will use provided training and resources to generate leads, maintain product knowledge across makes and models, and respond to inquiries with a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive experience preferred.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures.
• Socially focused and able to build relationships.
• Proficient with online buy & sell platforms.

Responsibilities

• Call customers to arrange purchase of used vehicles.
• Follow training and use provided call lists and resources to generate leads.
• Maintain professional, exemplary customer service standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle makes and models.
• Set up appointments for in-person/appraisal visits.
• Source vehicles from online advertisements and respond to inquiries.
