• Minimum of 2 years in the automotive industry, specifically in vehicle acquisition or pre-owned sales.
• Strong knowledge of pre-owned vehicles, market values, and features.
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to close favorable deals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with sellers, colleagues and customers.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for vehicle condition, history, and marketability.
• Familiarity with vehicle appraisal tools, databases, and industry software.
