OpenRoad Auto Group Limited in Vancouver seeks a Product Advisor to sell new and pre-owned vehicles at Mini Vancouver. This full-time role focuses on understanding customer needs, maximizing sales, and expanding the customer base through referrals.

You’ll participate in product training, maintain product knowledge, and meet monthly goals while delivering a superior guest experience. BC driver's license required; bilingual assets a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive sales experience required.
• Be coachable and eager to learn.
• Excellent telephone and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
• Strong computer skills (internet & MS Office) with records maintenance.
• Effective negotiation skills and sound decision-making.
• Ability to build rapport with customers.
• BC driver’s license is required; ICBC abstract may be requested.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and pre-owned vehicles by identifying customer needs.
• Maximize sales and profits by meeting/exceeding goals.
• Grow customer base via prospecting and referrals.
• Provide guests with a superior experience and exceed expectations.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and complete training.
• Set monthly productivity goals and plan how to reach them.
