Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in the automotive industry, in vehicle acquisition, pre-owned sales, or related roles.

• Strong negotiation skills with track record of favorable pricing and terms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with sellers, colleagues, and customers.
• Detail-oriented with keen eye for vehicle condition, history, and marketability.
