AWIN is seeking an experienced Commercial Vans Sales Specialist for Mercedes-Benz Oakville Vans Centre to drive van sales with existing and new customers. You will aim to meet sales quotas and gross profits while maintaining high CSI scores and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and time management abilities, plus a valid Ontario G license and OMVIC certification. Base salary with commissions offers substantial earning potential within our automotive group.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in the automotive industry with a proven track record.
• Proven ability to influence change and effectively lead projects.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with ADP and Reynolds systems; ability to operate PC-based software, e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

• Clear Driver's Abstract.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Business to Business Experience required

Job Purpose

The Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vans Sales Specialist is responsible for the sale of vans to existing or new customers. They are expected to meet both sales quota and gross profit targets on a consistent basis. Sales consultants must also meet, (or exceed), CSI (customer satisfaction), objectives.

Compensation

Expected annual earnings for the ideal candidate range from $50,000 to $110,000+, including base salary and performance-based commissions. Top performers have the opportunity to exceed this range.
