Description

It is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled AEM Functional Analyst to lead the functional oversight of the Adobe Experience Manager platform across the enterprise. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, Information Services, and vendor partners to ensure the AEM platform is stable, scalable, and aligned with the organization’s digital and architectural strategy. This role focuses on optimizing performance and supporting continuous innovation across a dynamic digital ecosystem. It is a hybrid opportunity offering a competitive salary and extensive benefits, alongside a truly collaborative team.

Responsibilities
Leadership and vendor management:
  • Act as the functional lead for AEM platform initiatives, guiding cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Define and maintain the AEM product roadmap aligned with business and enterprise architecture goals.
  • Engage with stakeholders and vendors to communicate requirements, influence decisions, and foster alignment.
Operations and solution delivery:
  • Oversee AEM operations, including incident resolution, platform performance, and functional documentation.
  • Lead end-to-end business requirements gathering, user story development, and Agile delivery processes.
  • Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure scalable, maintainable AEM solutions.
Business/System analysis:
  • Support and lead testing strategies, including system integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Coordinate upgrades, patches, and enhancements with IS and vendor teams to maintain platform health.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a Functional or Business Analyst, with a strong focus on AEM in large-scale environments.
  • Working knowledge of AEM DevOps, including build/deploy pipelines and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in wireframing AEM components and a strong grasp of HTML, CSS, and XML.
  • Experience working with managed services teams, external vendors, and Agile delivery frameworks.
  • Demonstrated expertise in documenting requirements and translating them into Agile user stories.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Adobe Experience Manager certification (asset).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
