A global insurance leader is seeking a Commercial Insurance Underwriter in Toronto, Ontario. The successful candidate will manage a profitable book of business, focusing on retention and new business opportunities while fostering strong relationships with brokers. As a key member of the Commercial Insurance underwriting department, you will focus on retention, account rounding, new business, renewal changes and profit goals while establishing and maintaining healthy relationships with with assigned brokers. You will manage a growing and profitable book of Manufacturing, Real Estate, Wholesale and Food, Property & Casualty business within the team’s Commercial Industry Practice.
