Job summary

Novocure in Toronto, Canada, seeks a Device Support Specialist to educate patients and caregivers on TTFields, initiate therapy, and provide ongoing device support. This field-based, full-time role requires travel to homes, offices, and centers across Canada.

You will work independently within a regional territory, performing education, troubleshooting, and data collection while coordinating with clinical teams to ensure adherence to guidelines and patient needs.

Qualifications

• Patient-facing experience and the ability to provide compassionate support to patients and caregivers
• Ability to explain technical information clearly and follow procedures
• Willingness to travel regularly within Canada, including air travel
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel commercially

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home TTFields education and initiation
• Conduct regular patient visits with training and follow-up
• Troubleshoot and replace device components per procedures
• Collect and analyze patient data and report findings
• Use virtual visits to improve access and flexibility
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and medical centers
• Manage administrative tasks and CRM documentation
• Maintain vehicle and comply with safety and regulatory requirements
