BD is a global medical technology leader focused on advancing health through innovative products and solutions. The Territory Manager role targets growth and base business in the Greater Toronto area by engaging nurses, pharmacists, physicians and hospital leadership.

You will build pipelines, create territory plans, negotiate with customers, and collaborate with clinical teams to deliver value. Expect a dynamic, field-based role with substantial in-person customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or college degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the health care field or proven high-level sales success.
• Knowledge of the Canadian Healthcare System and regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and manage sales targets by effectively managing BD’s base business and growth opportunities in the territory.
• Develop a pipeline of opportunities and a business plan for the territory.
• Develop and implement strategic plans with sales, marketing and clinical teams; maximize hospital contracts in the assigned territory.
