Job summary

Traferox Technologies Inc. is hiring a Clinical Research Associate to support end-to-end execution of clinical trials and post-market activities in Mississauga, ON. This full-time, in-person role involves trial start-up, conduct, and close-out with cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates have a life sciences undergraduate degree, at least 1 year of clinical research experience, and familiarity with GCP/ICH guidelines; a post-graduate degree is an asset. Travel is <10% to clinical sites.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in life sciences, health sciences or related field.
• Post-graduate degree in clinical research or related field is an asset.
• 1 year of clinical research experience minimum.
• Exposure to trial design and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support on-site trial start-up, conduct and close-out activities per industry and company standards.
• Assist with REB/IRB applications, enrollment tracking and CRF completion.
• Track enrollment, milestones, timelines with up-to-date trackers and dashboards.
• Maintain key clinical documents including protocols, consent forms, site agreements and reports.
• Maintain Trial Master Files in compliance with ICH-GCP and Health Canada/FDA regulations.
• Support data entry and query resolution in EDC/eCRF systems.
• Participate in monitoring activities to ensure GCP adherence and data integrity.
• Contribute to regulatory submissions to Health Canada and FDA.
