Job summary

Novocure Inc. is seeking a Device Support Specialist to educate patients and caregivers on TTFields therapy, initiate treatment, and provide ongoing support in a field-based role across a regional territory in Canada.

You will collaborate with clinical and commercial teams to respond to patient needs and ensure adherence to treatment goals. The role emphasizes in-home education, troubleshooting equipment, and coordinating with medical centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or allied health certification preferred.
• Patient-facing experience and ability to provide compassionate support.
• Proficiency with basic computer operations (MS Office, Outlook, file management).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively by air and road.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular in-home patient visits, TTFields education, initiation, and monthly follow-ups.
• Provide technical analysis and troubleshooting of TTFields equipment; replace components as needed.
• Collect and analyze patient data and communicate findings in writing and verbally.
• Use virtual visits to improve patient accessibility and flexibility; document activities.
• Serve as the technical representative to assigned medical centers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
