Job summary

Everest Clinical Research in Markham/Greater Toronto Area seeks a Clinical Trial Assistant to support regulatory filing, document control, TMF maintenance, and site communications for studies conducted worldwide.

The ideal candidate has a Life Sciences degree, strong communication, and experience with TMF/CTMS, with willingness to travel up to 5%. This on-site in Toronto/Markham or remote work option provides exposure to ICH-GCP guidelines and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal.
• Experience with TMF/electronic documents.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and local regulations.
• Ability to travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sponsors, investigational sites, vendors, and Everest groups to enable timely, compliant trial operations.
• Prepare regulatory documents for authorities and ethics committees; maintain TMF/CTMS.
• Assist with site qualification, feasibility, and site selection processes.
• Support Investigator meetings and cross-functional coordination.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and training materials; ensure inspections readiness.
