Qualifications

• 3–5 years of technical service experience, ideally in the medical device industry.
• Valid driver’s license and passport with willingness to travel up to 90% of the time across Eastern Canada.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform on‑site installation, troubleshooting, calibration, and repairs of medical devices.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Support customers via Salesforce service tickets.
• Collaborate with sales team to promote service programs.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and reports.
