Job summary

Medtronic Canada is seeking a CRM Clinical Specialist to provide on-site education and consulting in Edmonton. You will support field personnel, collaborate with sales, and help execute plans to improve customer outcomes.

You will work with the Clinical Lead and Regional Sales team to support customer cases, identify growth opportunities, and act as a technical resource for Medtronic products. The role may involve travel within the region and offers a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Requires practical knowledge and demonstrated competence within the job area typically obtained through advanced education.
• Requires a Baccalaureate degree and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Conducts on-site education and/or consulting for Medtronic customers.
• Supports field personnel in providing the best possible outcomes and service.
• Partners with sales colleagues to develop and execute plans of sales within one or more business units.
• Participates in conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness.
• Works closely with Clinical Lead, Clinical Management and Regional Sales to provide customer case and sales support.
• Identifies and facilitates growth opportunities with Sales and Clinical Support Team.
• Serves as a technical resource to support sales of a specific medical product or solution.
