Job summary

PBS Systems is seeking a Sales Support Analyst to join our Client Services team in Calgary. You will provide excellent support to new and existing customers in the Sales module, guiding them through development, install, and training of dealership software, with online and phone assistance.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via multiple channels, documenting interactions in our ticketing system, and collaborating across teams to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Excellent communication and listening skills in writing and speech.
• Ability to travel across Canada and the USA up to one week per month.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer issues via phone, email, and chat.
• Log and document all interactions in the ticketing system and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery.
• Build knowledge of PBS software and supporting infrastructure.
• Maintain punctuality and meet KPI targets.
