Job summary
PBS Systems is seeking a bilingual (French/English) Service Support Analyst to join our Client Services team at the Calgary Tech Centre. You will provide top quality support to dealerships across Canada and the USA, handling issues via phone, email and live chat, and escalating when necessary.

Qualifications
- Bilingual in French and English with strong communication skills.
- Experience in customer service or helpdesk is an asset.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word).
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming issues via phone, email, and live chat in a professional, timely manner.
- Log and document customer interactions in the ticketing system; escalate as needed.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
- Stay current with software releases and product knowledge.
- Travel at least 1 week per month across the US and Canada.
