Job summary

PBS Systems is seeking a proactive Technical Support Analyst - Intern for a 3-month contract at our Calgary location. You will join the Client Services team to provide top-quality support to customers contacting our call center, troubleshoot issues, document incidents, and escalate when required.

You will gain hands-on experience with our PBS platform, work toward relevant certifications, and contribute to improving service delivery while aligning with team goals and timelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Certification or post-secondary diploma in progress.
• Previous customer service or dealership experience is an asset.
• Strong understanding of Windows OS and Windows Server 2008/2012.
• PC hardware/software knowledge and Microsoft products.
• TCP/IP networking knowledge; basic LAN/WAN.
• CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent time management and organization.
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming issues via phone, email, live chat and more.
• Document all interactions in the ticketing system and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with other groups to streamline service delivery.
• Identify process-improvement opportunities impacting client experience.
• Develop knowledge of PBS software and supporting infrastructure.
• Aim for KPI targets and department metrics, and pursue certifications.
