Express Employment Professionals – Delta / Richmond is seeking a driven Junior to Intermediate Sales Representative to support business development in the transportation sector. The role focuses on building client relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Based in Delta, BC, this on-site position offers a base salary plus commission, weekday hours, and the potential for career growth within a stable, 40+ year old

Qualifications

• 0.6mths – 4 years of sales experience (transportation, logistics, or B2B sales experience is an asset but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (travel may be required within Delta and surrounding areas)
• Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is an asset

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the transportation industry
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their business objectives
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotes, and proposals
• Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
