Position: Full Time Commercial Vehicle Administrator Assistant

Location: Toronto Pearson Airport, Mississauga, ON

Hours: Monday to Friday, 0800 - 1600

Pay Rate: $19.30/hr

Job Description

The Commercial Vehicle Administrator Assistant will:

• Register new companies & drivers
• Review & approve driver self-registration requests
• Create bookings and generate permits
• Suspend and deactivate accounts if necessary
• Accept payments for stored values, issue refunds, and process vouchers
• Support bookings for both Terminals
• Coordinate dispatch of vehicles from holding areas to the Terminal curbs
• Dispatch vehicles via the CVTA System and handle system malfunctions with manual or spreadsheet methods
• Ensure passengers are matched to appropriate vehicles
• Respond to inquiries from passengers, companies, and drivers
• Complete bank deposits and reconcile funds
• Operate in degraded or manual modes during system failures
• Maintain records for passengers with no booked cars
• Assist drivers with automated systems
• Respond promptly to operational requests and report unusual activity
• Perform other related duties as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years administrative or office support experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Comfortable with office equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Legal authorization to work in Canada
