Central Monitoring Attendant - Toronto Airport, Indigo Group - Toronto
May 15, 2025 We are currently seeking a Central Monitoring Attendant for our Toronto Pearson Airport location. The Central Monitoring Attendant is responsible for monitoring the communication, parking and camera systems, assisting customers seeking help during the process of parking on upon entering and exiting of the parking lot and making payments.Why Join Indigo?Employee Referral BonusesSites easily accessible by public transitParking during your shiftsWhat Would You Be Doing?What Would You Be Doing?Greet, welcome, and assist customers with any questions or inquiriesMonitor the communication, parking and camera systemSupport customers with their use and navigation of the parking facilities and equipmentReview and complete camera and system check at the beginning of every shift.Process customer transactions using a variety of payment methods in a quick and accurate mannerInform and advise customers and clients on our products and servicesEnsure that all defective ticket outputs are validated before allowing the customer to exit the premisesKeep the office tidy and organized throughout shift in order to deliver an efficient customer serviceMaintain tracking logsOther duties as requiredWorking ConditionsOperation may run 7 days a week, 24 hours a dayOffice environment, working independently.Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of timeWhat Are We Looking For?Minimum 2-3 years of customer service experience is requiredStrong communication and written skills with an open attitude to take direction and feedbackProven customer service-oriented attitudeExcellent problem-solving skillsAbility to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environmentA strong team player who can work independently with minimal supervisionBilingualism (English and French) is a strong assetResults-oriented individual with a concern for accuracy and customer relationsExceptional time management and organizational capabilitiesAbility to work comfortably using Word, Excel and technology and computers in generalThe composition of Indigo's workforce reflects a wide variety of ages, profiles and roles.
