Car Wash Attendant - Toronto Pearson Airport, Indigo Group - Toronto

May 15, 2025 The Car Wash Attendant is responsible for performing the daily operational practices of running the car wash facility. You are also responsible for ensuring vehicles are clean, dry, and shiny upon returning to clients while consistently meeting customer and client expectations by providing excellent service.Why Join Indigo?Growth in a dynamic and supportive teamEmployee Referral BonusesParking during your shiftsFull Time positions availableWhat Would You Be Doing?Guide cars into the wash area in a pleasant and friendly demeanorPreform exterior hand wash, tire shine, wax, polish and interior cleaning (Shampoo, Vacuum, Window, Dash wipe down) of vehiclesPerform visual inspections in the tunnel and back room to ensure all equipment and chemicals are functioning properlyPerform regularly scheduled maintenance on all equipment to ensure it is kept in proper working orderKeep the entire property spotlessly clean, and maintain a tidy and organized spaceEnsure vacuums are unclogged, hoses are hung properly, and trash cans are emptiedAddress all customer concerns and handle them in a professional manner that is satisfactory to customers, and the car wash facility.What Are the Working Conditions?Must be able to work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions and frequent exposure to all temperature conditionsMust be able to stand or sit for long periods of timeFrequent bending, stretching, kneeling, and twistingMust be able to lift up to 20 lbs.Must be able to safely maneuver on wet surfaces and wear proper slip resistant footwearExposure to cleaning products and loud noisesWhat Are We Looking For?Previous Car detailing/Car wash experience is an assetExcellent customer service skillAbility to work independently with minimal to no supervisionAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail is requiredResults-oriented individual with a concern for accuracy and customer relationsThe composition of Indigo's workforce reflects a wide variety of ages, profiles and roles.
