What You’ll Be Accountable For

• Tooling Systems & Data: Implement and maintain tooling management systems and analyze data to track job volumes, die status, and lifecycle health.
• Insight & Reporting: Help to create Power BI dashboards that visualize tooling status, usage, and obsolescence to support operational decisions.
• Tooling Coordination: Manage purchase orders, vendor timelines, dispatch, replacements, and engineering updates aligned with production schedules. Tool life management, obsolescence, backup dies, etc.
• Production Efficiency: Improve job dockets with clear operating parameters to reduce make‑ready time, waste, and variability.
• Process Standardization: Align high‑running CADs and best practices across narrow web and sheet‑fed operations.
• SOP Development: Create clear, formal training SOPs for machines and roles in collaboration with operators.
• Consistency Across Shifts: Standardize processes across work centres to ensure repeatable, reliable outcomes.Operational Support: Provide coverage for leadership and coordinate pre‑press, post‑press, and raw material staging as needed.
