Job summary

Toronto Sceptres in Toronto, ON, Canada, is hiring an Account Manager, Ticket Sales, Service & Activation. The hybrid role focuses on driving ticket sales, delivering game-day experiences, and servicing Season Ticket Members.

Salary is CAD 24.00–28.00 per hour, with evening/weekend availability. The candidate will manage full season/group packages, activate group experiences, and maintain strong relationships with fans and community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, or sports/entertainment.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build positive relationships and deliver high-quality service.
• Strong interest in ticket sales, fan engagement, and working in professional sports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and home games as required.
• Available to work all home games in market, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue through full season, half season, and group ticket packages.
• Prospect, identify customer needs, and drive ticket sales through a mix of outbound and inbound activity.
• Provide exceptional service to groups on game days and build relationships with group leaders.
• Lead group sales activations before, during, and after games, including ice rentals and game day experiences for large groups.
• Build relationships with key community members and organizations and attend local events.
• Ensure timely, clear communications with Season Ticket Members, group leaders, and prospects.
• Plan and execute member benefits including events, exclusive item deliveries, and member recognition.
• Respond promptly to member inquiries and support all ticket-related needs.
