Ottawa Sports and Entertainment Group (OSEG) is seeking an Account Manager, Ticket Sales and Services to drive ticket sales and fan engagement for the Ottawa REDBLACKS and Ottawa 67’s. The role is full-time, on-site at TD Place in Ottawa and reports to the Head of Ticket Sales.
You will execute sales plans, grow the fan base, manage key accounts, and support events. A post-secondary sports business degree is a plus, with 0–2 years in sales and strong communication skills preferred.
Reporting to the Head of Ticket Sales, the Account Manager, Ticket Sales and Services will be a high performing, sales and service professional, focused on the creation and delivery of the best sports and entertainment experience in the Greater Ottawa/Gatineau area. Our sales professionals work closely with members of our Sports Business Operations team (Business Intelligence, Brand & Content, Digital Marketing) to drive our fan engagement and conversion strategies.
This full-time, permanent role has an annual salary of $45,000 plus commission, with 100% employer-paid benefits. This is a replacement position and requires to work fully on-site.
