Qualifications

  • 1–2 years in a sales or customer service role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • General office and cash experience is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of event ticketing.
  • Experience handling customer service escalations.
  • Detail-oriented with multi-tasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with a POS system.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Box Office Manager with recruitment, scheduling, training and daily staff management.
  • Help implement Box Office policies and procedures.
  • Supervise local box offices as directed by the Box Office Manager.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and manage ticketing operations.
  • Handle cash control, balancing and related admin tasks.
  • Monitor staff performance and resolve customer service issues.
  • Process in-house ticketing requests and in-person sales.
  • Coordinate with Operation Support teams on local box office events.
