Job summary

Quincaillerie Richelieu Ltée/Richelieu Hardware Ltd is seeking a driven Sales Representative to join the Calgary, AB team. This full-time role focuses on business development, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting our product lines from the Calgary office with a mix of travel and phone/email follow-up.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in a similar sales position, familiarity with retail building materials, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in marketing or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant sales experience is preferred.
• Experience selling to retail lumberyards or building centres is a plus.
• Knowledge of retail building materials and product lines is beneficial.
• Strong canvassing and business development skills.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Promote sales to retail lumber yards, flooring stores and design centre partners.
• Develop new business while retaining existing customer relationships.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the territory.
