Job summary

Richelieu Hardware in Kelowna, BC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth and deliver customer-focused solutions.

You will identify new business opportunities within your territory, build long-term relationships, and demonstrate Richelieu’s wide range of hardware products through in-person meetings, demonstrations, and negotiations. A self-motivated, results-driven professional with strong communication skills is ideal.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside sales and/or business development experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, able to work independently.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within your territory.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Richelieu's product portfolio.
• Conduct in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
• Negotiate to close sales and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure order processing and delivery.
