Territory Sales Manager - Industrial

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join the team, working across the Alberta Market to develop relationships with key stakeholders, including Engineering, Design, Safety, and Trade professionals within end-user organizations and distributors. This role is responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities at both the end-user and distribution levels.

Responsibilities:

• Encourage engineering firms to specify and adopt our products.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout the territory.

• Conduct presentations to engineering firms to enhance brand recognition and increase sales.

• Provide training and technical support to the field sales team, engineers, and end users.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Stay current on industry trends through workshops, publications, and professional networking.

• Maintain knowledge of competitive products, pricing, and industry trends.

• Track and manage opportunities using the company’s CRM system.

• Take initiative in handling responsibilities and adapting to challenges.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of sales experience within an industrial setting.

• Proven success in developing new business opportunities in the industrial sector.

• Strong ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, including end-users and distributors.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
